Returned home 8 days ago and still waiting on credit for shore excursion cancelled due to the weather and booked through Carnival. Also still awaiting credit for overcharge when I booked and credit appeared on my statement. Cabin only made once each day, HA still offer twice. ALL room service charged for, HA still offers at NO charge. Booked a table for 2 months in advance for early dining, was put on wait list months out and when arrived could not change to early dining and we were at a table for 10 cruisers!!! Only 1 electric plug in room, OM Goodness that is unacceptable for any cruiser, they should WARN you to purchase a bar with electric plugs before you arrive. Hair dryer is located in a dresser drawer and you can't remove it to use it freely so take you own dryer just difficult to have a plug for it!!!!! cord is extremely short, making it difficult to style and dry at the same time.
