We wanted to see many different areas of the Mediterranean and this cruise took us there. The ship was perfect with small groups, great food, and excellent service. We spent a lot of our time off the ship on various tours and the guides were all very experienced and knowledgeable. We highly recommend the post-cruise visit to Tuscany. It was the best of them all.

We only had one meal in the upscale restaurants simply because we were busy visiting the ports. The food in the World Cafe was excellent and varied. With the silver beverage package, you had a wide range of wines and other beverages to choose from. Some excellent Chardonnays from South Africa, Argentina, France, and the US.

Our favorite place to relax on the ship is the Explorers Lounge where the drinks flowed and the music was relaxing. The waffles at Mamsens were perfect for breakfast if you don't want to wander down for a full breakfast.

Cabin Review

We were on the 8th deck, about as far up as you can get inside. The cabin was well-equipped and the cabin attendants were excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Although floor space is limited there is plenty of room under the bead and in the closets to put away your belongings. Quiet and comfortable is the summary.
