Mostly good things here but a few critiques as well.

We had a bad experience the first night at Cypress (food not the service) and the hostess there recommended we try Cosmopolitan on Night 2. We did and when we arrived somehow they knew who we were! The manager, Marlon, is just a jewel. Wow, what a great guy -- so personable and in charge. He asked Jason (also amazing), an assistant manager, to hook us up with one of their star servers: Charmaine. She was amazing. Literally the best server we've ever had on any Celebrity cruise. Phenomenal. And Jason would see us in the buffet in the morning and check on us. He and Marlon checked on us almost every night to make sure we were enjoying Cosmopolitan. We normally do AQ class but decided to do veranda on this cruise. We normally travel in Aqua Class but were just in a normal veranda for this cruise, wanting to see how the 4 MDRs were. We were a little nervous going from Blu to a MDR but we were surprised by the quality of the food AND the service. High marks on both.

The bartenders at Eden were unmatched. The best bartenders on the cruise ship. All of them. Not one weak link. They took care of my mom at Elite happy hour and always made sure we were happy. They were just sensational.

Cabin Review

Great! Love the big shower and new bathroom. Tons of outlets. Electronic wall control for thermostat, blinds, and light dimming also super.
