We had a nice time. The ship is a modern aesthetic. Very pretty and clean. We were happy with the food and our cabin. It is a big ship so we walked a lot. The loungers are taken down early and the pools close earlier than other lines. There’s a great aft pool area.

Service was good except for bar service. That was my biggest disappointment.

It is not MSC’s fault we couldn’t make the island one day. That’s par for the course with private islands. Then island is pretty and relaxing not an amusement park. Just skip the lunch buffet on island. It is a bad layout so it’s very slow. They have food

Cabin Review

Deluxe Balcony (partial view)

We were in 8089. We accidentally booked a handicapped room. It was an obstructed view balcony which wasn’t obstructed much at all. The balconies are deeper on deck 8. The extra room in the bathroom was nice but the floor gets wet with the handicapped shower. There is no mirror in this room on the desk area due to being handicapped accessible This makes it hard to dry your hair.

Port Reviews

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

Very pretty and relaxing. I saw some fish and anemones snorkeling in the lagoon. Plenty of space and shade is more available as the trees are growing in now. Plenty of loungers. Skip the buffet. Not that great and slow. Bar service wasn’t the best on the island They kept running out of ice.
