This was our 5 Princess cruise (3 around 2015 and 1 this past April on the Majestic). This cruise ended up being covered with all the COVID credits we received. As with the cruise in April the entertainment is just lack luster, boring and with little creativity. Don't get me wrong, the performers themselves are quite talented but when you have a ventriloquist 2 nights (out of a 5 night cruise) in the main theater its just being lazy on Princess. Astonished that they couldn't find at least 1 comedian to come on board?? The entertainment on Lido was minimal - I wonder what the DJ does before and after their 30 minute set? Wouldn't it be great to have the steel drum player play outside at the pool instead of inside at the Piazza? And I'm tired of production shows that only consist of a montage of songs with many I have never heard of. And what's with their obsession with showing Hall & Oats concerts?!? Maybe I'm asking too much.
