We have cruised with Carnival and Royal Caribbean for the last 18 cruises. We love cruising and consider it to be the best way to take a vacation and have a great time: however, that being said we will try to relay the happenings of what we called the worst cruise we have ever been on.

Embarkation was a slow and confusing ordeal; it took the check in Person a good 10 minutes to finally get our info pulled up on what appeared to be a cell phone. I have never had that kind of waiting. after finally getting checked in we were faced with what seemed like a half mile of twisting gang way to navigate, not a easy task for two 70Plus women with canes.

We chose a boarding time of noon, figuring we could get aboard get something to eat and drink and by then our cabin would be ready, not so, we got into our cabin at 2:00 pm The passageway outside our cabin #7202 had a very strong smell of sewage, and no one seemed to care.

Cabin Review

Interior with Picture Window (obstructed views)

Our cabin was great because of our steward Kadek.

Port Reviews

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

This port is like all the other shopping ports, a collection of high-priced shops trying to sell overpriced Chinese Junk.

Grand Turk

This port is like all the other shopping ports, a collection of high-priced shops trying to sell overpriced Chinese Junk.

Nassau

there were 5 ships in port that's about 15,000 extra persons in that tiny seaport. You use your imagination...This port is like all the other shopping ports, a collection of high-priced shops trying to sell overpriced Chinese Junk. and Nassau takes it to a higher level
