I am a retired, professional travel writer. These are my views on Iona based on over 35 cruises on various ships.

Embarkation and disembarkation Southampton - excellent, CPS parking first rate, supplied as part of the package.

Cabin 8307, conservatory mini suite on deck 8 - comfortable, lovely conservatory opening to balcony. None of the predicted privacy issues from passengers using the promenade deck or chairs outside the balcony. TOO CLOSE to the hot tub which turned on and off automatically every five minutes. People using it had to shout to make themselves heard, and was annoying when the sun was on our side of the ship.

Cabin Review

Clean and comfortable. Lovely conservatory but too near the hot tub.
