The ship is beautiful but was 500 passengers overloaded and way under staffed. Thanksgiving week.
Our excursion guide was 45 minutes late for a 4 hr $250 trip. We returned early because there was a 2nd group waiting. We got 3 hrs of our 4 hrs paid for.
The excursion desk did nothing. When I found a real top person and complained, the manager of the excursion stated all was on time. He protected the guide!! I lost my money.
