Our first cruise since COVID, and first on Holland ever. Extremely disappointed.

First the Pros: The overwhelmed crew provided great service. There were just not enough of them to meet demand. Food in the Dinning Room was very good. Cabin was clean and comfortable.

The Cons: There we’re periods through the day when you could not get ANY food. And those hours were not clearly indicated. Want an ice cream between 2 and 5:30?Nope. Long lines at cafeteria with limited staff. Same menu in the cafeteria EVERY day. Want something to drink other than water? Get in line at the bar and wait (even for tea or soda). No adults only area. So all pools and hot tubs are covered in kids. And oh yeah 400 screaming kids on this cruise. Including three on the other side of the wall from my wife and I. Left there for hours at a time while the parents went out. According to other parents there was no activities for the kids. There were limited activities for adults. There was a live band playing every day from 5 to midnight two floors below us. And we could hear every bass beat in our room.
