Our 17th cruise, 2nd on this Scarlett ship from Miami. Staff awesome, but you need more to keep this going. Not enough food options for full entrees unless you are lucky enough to book a restaurant. Only 1 decent show for entertainment, again, gotta be able to book. ALL the extras like workouts, tastings, paid or free are ALWAYS sold out. Live music very limited. Need solid entertainment for general public, comedians, shows. Expect drag queen entertainment and be prepared to see many gay couples. Nothing against it, just expect it. Not enough pool chairs, on and off the ship, they ran out of diet coke cans, Nuttella, OJ, lots of snacks not avail when you try to order to your cabin. They can't handle the crowds and need at least one buffet with typical American food. Trying to be too fancy and healthy, without much options other than pizza. VERY VERY disappointed. Love the concept of Tips included, no kids, but even the free wifi sucked this time.
