I thought that since Richard Branson was the head of this, this would be a spectacular cruise. To the contrary. We had a suite with had a dripping ceiling the first night. Everything and I mean everything depends on the VV app on the phone. The first day the app did not work at all. We could make no dinner reservations, no show reservations. They did move us to another room later that night. The one really great restaurant out of all of them was the Pink Agave, which had excellent food. The menus never changed at any restaurant the whole five-night cruise. The crew seemed disjointed and mostly uninformed. We asked about Thanksgiving dinner and was told that was not going to be on the ship. Lo and behold, after dinner on Thursday night, we met some friends in the communal eating area The Galley...they were serving Thanksgiving dinner. The best part of it all was the stop at Bimini. The Beach Club was great, the weather beautiful, and all made for a nice day. I was so disappointed with the whole experience. I have never been on a cruise (30 of them total) where passengers had to be put off of the ship...smoking pot in the cabin. Really, how absurd. Virgin Voyages cruising is not for us.
Very high tech for the operations in the room. When we arrived, the tablet that controlled everything did not work.
