We’ve been on 25+ cruises. This ship is a civil engineering nightmare with a Carnival type experience. Literally our second worst cruise experience. Lots of thought given to the staterooms but everything else is a logistical nightmare. You can never seem to get from point A to B via a direct route. No matter if it’s forward to aft or up and down. Pool size is ridiculous in addition to only one pool bar as opposed to three. Imagine how fun that is when 3/4 of the boat has free drink packages. Kids club lines maxing out at 46 kids an entire hour or more in advance of opening times. Bar staff rude and unwilling to make anything “off menu” in spite of having the ingredients to make it (simple things like rum runners, painkillers, banana coladas). Putt putt course already broken and none of the features of it working. No daily changes on buffet or in main dining room which is like eating leftovers every single day (I’ve never been so ready to get home and eat). No snacks in the observation lounge ever. Common areas not being kept clean (rotten banana on deck outside our stateroom for three days, cigarette butts everywhere). Music is awful - a bunch of off key caterwauling, no tropical music. Can hear sports bar screams from our room at night on floor 9. Tried to sit out on the balcony at night and they are playing pop music at 11pm in the common area below us. They pick up the pool chairs at 5 pm which is ridiculous-forget watching a beautiful port sunset when you get back on board. Go karts were doing 9 laps at the beginning of the week and then dwindled to 7 by the time our reservation came.

Gym is one of the worst by far. No space to lift weights, trx class in the middle of the gym with only enough room for three people, and you can’t even jump in the class because ceiling is so low. Yoga mats are all peeling already and leaving debris all over the floor and your clothes. Can’t do standing shoulder presses either and I’m only 5’9.

Some of the worst Cruise photos we’ve ever had and now they try to push a $599 private studio session on you. It’s like the main photographers aren’t even trying.
