We were looking for a ship with a thermal spa. Wound up with a Haven Spa suite on the Escape. We can't say enough about the elevated level of service. From the avoidance of the long lines to board the ship to the personal butler service that attended to all our needs. Renson was our butler and seemed to always be in eyesight in case anything was needed. He was awesome. The private Haven Lounge was perfect and the skillfully and talented bartenders kept our bar needs met! Shah could make any drink based on what you thought you wanted that day. His old fashioned were very good. our bar staff, mostly Marco remembered our names and greeted us each and every day by name. Our concierge, David always had a smile, even when the person he was dealing with was less than happy.

This cruise experience was next level compared to previous NCL cruises and will make it difficult to go back to a standard stateroom. We made our way down to the other areas of the ship and had great experiences all over. We dealt with Diego in the art gallery and he was a joy! We had great experiences in the specialty restaurants, especially Teppanyaki, the Japanese one. It was a performance that was enjoyed and a great meal.
