We chose this cruise because people spoke highly of the line that had cruised PRE-pandemic. The food was cold and not edible most of the times. The advertised free at sea was a scam with most of the dining reservations filling up before having a chance to book. It only included 75 free minutes of Wi-Fi.

The staff seemed sad and poorly treated by management. They weren’t even allowed to accept tips. They refused to feed performers on the ship so shows were getting cancelled, the events that were happened were not organized or kept getting moved to different locations. The app was hard to use and not helpful. They no longer do towel animals.

Their reward point system is different and harder to earn or keep points, especially if it’s less than a 7 day cruise.

Family Inside

The room was decent. Too hot, the staff wouldn’t take cups or plates
