I’m not sure where to start but for I guess I’ll start with boarding. This was only my third cruise ever and first with MSC I’m 26 so this is my experience. It took us about 3 hours to get on the ship I can with a group of 15 and we paid in advance for an MSC shuttle to pick us up from the Air bnb , we chose the earliest time (7am) and when we arrived they told us they won’t let anyone into the boarding tile 9:30 so we stood outside in the cold me my siblings my 8 year nephew & my handicapped grandmother. Finally let everyone inside and everyone I mean thousands of people were waiting in the boarding area for hours due to a delay , after they finally let us on the ship everyone was sent to the buffet on the 15th floor & had to wait there with there luggage because the rooms wouldn’t be ready till 3 people were literally taking naps in the buffet room. The best part about the boat was getting off of it. The staff was rude & very racist if you’re a Black traveler. They make constant mistakes and blame you for it. We paid for an internet package and had no internet till day 4 we paid for a drink package and got no drinks at all!! They literally did not care. They pushed spending money and shopping everyday. Shopping was there main attraction. There was one show a day & only the first 4 days. After 8:30 there is absolutely nothing to do if you are older than 15 years of age . The bar service was the slowest anywhere I’ve ever been , the food at the buffet 2/10 the food at the dining 1/10 . customer service all around 0 . They put the pool chairs up at 7 and close the pool & most the staff can barely speak English respectfully . We bought an internet package and they told us it was a problem with there system why it didn’t go through . There solution? To buy another package then refund us in 8-10 days then had the audacity to offer the same thing when it happened with the ez plus drink package
