Having had some great previous cruising experiences with Celebrity & other cruise lines, I decided to try their Retreat Experience for a short 5 day cruise- very glad it was only 5 days as this was a complete let down.
I decided on Silhouette as it had apparently gone through a re-fit as the last time we cruised on her was in Aqua Class on a Baltic cruise and she was looking very tied and dated. Due to the over- crowding on the last experience, having to wait on numerous occasions to get seated in Blu, we decided to go for a Sunset Suite to get the retreat experience.
The only positive of this cruise was the Sunset Cabin and the cabin staff. Everything else about the Retreat Experience is pure hype and an utter let down

Nice cabin & plenty of space - great balcony and very different perspective from the back of the ship. Great having a bath

Ship docks right in the centre of Amsterdam - really easy to walk into town, way into town and back to the ship are really well sign- posted and it’s a very easy flat walk
