We booked a cruise with NCL, also paid for them to book our flights, and paid for transport to and from the airport to ship. Our paperwork from NCL stated to fly from American Airlines. When in reality the airlines subcontracted it out to another airline .5 miles away! Total screw-up on NCL end! Cruse was ok, though the hot tub was only 98 degrees. Everything was extra, and you paid dearly for it. The 8-day cruise to the New England states and Canada was beautiful when we went in October. The crew was polite and helpful, the food was ok, and each night they had a different country 3rd world food at the buffet. They could improve on check-in, it was total confusion, basically from the time we got to port it took an hour to get on the ship. Bus tour had 6 busses tour of Portland Main 5 hours long $150 per person. We actually follow each bus, can you imagen showing up at a small restaurant with 6 buses of people wanting to eat?
