Sail Date: Nov 2022

We chose the Wonder of the Seas because we are Royal Caribbean fans who mostly like to sail on newer and Oasis-class ships, as well as the convenience of Port Canaveral. This time was definitely different. It took 3 hours to get from I-95 and Hwy. 528 to the port and to our room. The terminal was a mess; parking was a joke, with outside parking in the pouring rain to the tune of $145 for the week. Sail-away was delayed by two hours. We will not book another cruise on a ship that just returned from a trans-Atlantic crossing.

Our ocean-view balcony was conveniently located near the aft elevators and the Music Hall. It was spacious and had plenty of storage room. We did not like the magnetized bathroom door which banged when being closed.

We enjoyed the comedy shows of Stephen Thomas and Nary Saez, as well as Tap Factory and The Effectors II - Crash n' Burn. (Hey, RCL, what's with the tiny holes in the cup holders in the Theater?? Cocktail glasses don't fit into them!)
