We left New Orleans on November 2 and it went downhill from there. We are experienced travelers and thought a trip up the Mississippi would be fun, particularly for a shipping co. that claims to cater to seniors. WRONG!! This was a disaster. Before I note the reasons, let me positive...The ship was new! On the other hand:
* The crew was terribly inexperienced.
* 90% of the Management was ineffective and inefficient, offering little support to new members of the crew.
