My husband and I took the Rhine River Cruise (for a second time) in Early November. The service was incredible, specifically the Cruise Director, Emily. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and professionalism was a highlight on our trip. Each stop along the Rhine brought us a new experience. The tour guides were informative and helpful. As this was not our first trip to the area, we often would start with the tour but then excuse ourselves to explore on our own. The tour guides were completely understanding of this and encouraged us. The food on board was very good. We enjoyed meeting other passengers and even made a few friends! We had an extension in The Hague which we really enjoyed. The hotel was very nice, the Viking representative very helpful and the transfers very well managed. We are now planning our next cruise with Viking, perhaps an Ocean adventure?
