I was disappointed with cruise. The food was mediocre at best. Freestyle dining is misleading. Dining rooms were full except for very early or very late. Don’t know how entertainment was since size of auditorium is small and shows filled up This is first cruise I’ve been on that reservations had to be made for everything including tenders. When complained of limited dining times was told about the buffet. I did not go on a cruise to eat at a buffet. Compared to other cruises I’ve been on this was worst. Cancellation policy also misleading. Due to health reasons my fiancé had to cancel his trip. They wanted to charge a penalty. He is still waiting for NCL insurance to come through although that’s been a battle to get a honest cancellation receipt. First day of cruise was very disorganized. Shopping vendors was poor with limited selections. I will not cruise Norwegian again.
