Our friend had cruised with Viking before and asked us to join them on this trip. Not knowing what to expect we were completely impressed with everything. From first speaking with Donna Thomas who explained everything and answered our questions, to dropping us of at the airport for our return flight everything went smoothly.

Again not knowing what to expect and never being to this part of the world we chose the included excursions. Our tour guides were wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. We learned and saw a lot at each port. Our guides made suggestions as to where to sample local foods and drinks.

We extended our stay in Switzerland and took great comfort knowing a Viking representative was with us in our hotel. Eva was helpful in navigating us around Lucerne with recommendations for eating and sites to see. We took the Stanserhorn cable car tour with our tour guide Larz. He was probably our best guide, super friendly, knowledgeable and a nice guy. Truly seems to love his job. Read more
