I traveled with friends who had already researched, selected this week on the Mani. I had never been on a river cruise so relied on my friends and their recommendation. Was NOT disappointed! Basel to Amsterdam was delightful...loved the itinerary. Water level was perfect, weather was beautiful! The Mani crew was so professional....making sure every minute met my expectations!! While I am not a "big" eater, I enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning while my friends took advantage of the delicious breakfast buffet. Items were also available from the menu. The Chef was delightful...quite the character. Lunch and dinner were perfect....lots to choose from...delicious desserts were offered at both lunch and dinner. The included tours were all that was needed to experience all cities; however, I added a few optional tours.

While this cruise was great value as part of Viking's anniversary offer, I am looking to cruise with Viking next year!!!
