This was our second river cruise on Viking and we were not disappointed in the least! The Viking staff is by far the best! They are first class from the cabin steward to the captain. Dining was an experience in region flavor as each dinner reflected the region we were sailing through. The itinerary allowed for very busy days touring as well as relaxed time either on land or on ship. Every port was a new a great experience. The tours were provided by local guides who were very knowledgeable and provided excellent and numerous tip for getting around the cities, where to have a coffee, do a little shopping, as well as other places to see. The optional tours were worth the expense. As with the city tours, the optionals were conducted by local guides. Would recommend this specific cruise to anyone. Three rivers, three major cities, history from medieval times to the fall of the iron curtain. Viking is the best!
