Need better communication on air reservations and embarkation process. The cruise is worth every penny! If you want an outstanding, once in a lifetime experience, then Viking Ocean is for you. The reservation process, especially the air reservation process is lacking experienced customer service reps. We had to find our own flights and coordinate all of our air travel and transfers. We wound up walking with our luggage for over two miles and still had to have Viking contractor help to embark Viking Seas in Venice. The Viking emergency travel help phone number was never answered.There was ZERO communication about the embarkation process prior to our cruise. NOW after the embarkation process, the cruise was flawless. All thinks considered, we are going to give Viking another chance. Love their program and the guides they contract with are first rate.
