This was our very first cruise for my wife and I. No special occasion, we just decided since we live in Florida, we might as well try a cruise. I bought our tickets through an agency my work uses and that was seamless. We picked a balcony cabin on the 7th deck, 7658, thinking that level will be quiet and conveniently located. My wife can’t walk long distances, so she used a transport wheelchair that I push.

Check-in, was smooth for us, because my wife was on a wheelchair, and we were onboard within 20 minutes after parking.

We had low expectations for our cabin, expecting a Sardine can, but it was very nice. Our cabin attendant Shawn was wonderful. Always smiling and helpful, just a great person overall and he kept the cabin in tip top shape. It seemed every time we went out, when we returned to our room, it was cleaned and straightened out.
