We have cruised many times with Marella, but this repositioning transatlantic cruise was awful!.
The cruise was an ambition for my wife and I, but right from the start, the whole experience was a farce, 1st we got an email saying our flight had been changed - it hadn't.
When we arrived at the cruise terminal in Palma, we had to queue for nearly 2hrs to get on the ship, the staff offered us water, but didn't provide any.
