My overall comments are as follows:

The ship appears to have been built by and for designers - NOT CRUISERS

If you want to go on a PRIMA class ship save your money and book a HAVEN room

The public spaces would be comfortable for about 1500 guest not 2500+

Everything except the FOOD and Room was a terrible disappointment, maybe partly due to the HYPE around the launch of PRIMA Class Vessel.The Good:

Brand New Beautiful Ship (5th revenue cruise I believe)

Balcony Room was excellent in design and function

Food was exceptional (I tried: Hudson, Indulge, Local, Le Bistro, Commodore, Cagney’s and Palomar) 

The not so good:

Shops were not real shops - they were aisles alongside of halls in most cases

Deck 8 (Infinity Pool, Ocean Boulevard...
