Loved the destination of Bermuda and a driveable port--Norfolk, VA. Embarkation was challenging because Norfolk is not set up for cruises of over 3000 people. Very slow and disorganized. Get there before your assigned time and be prepared to wait. Once on the ship, everything was nearly perfect the whole week. Only complaint was our dinner dining room waiters did not get our dinner orders correct on any of the six nights. Our party of seven always got something they did not order. That dancing thing they do in the dining room each night seems to make the staff rush through dinner and put them under enormous pressure. Our last dinner was so delayed, two of us were still waiting for our meal while the second seating started. We ordered from the Steakhouse menu that last night at an extra charge of $23 per person and they brought the wrong dinners. Then they double billed us for the wrong dinners. We had to go immediately to Guest Relations to fight the charge. Ruined our last night's dinner with our family who had to sit and wait and watch us suffer. They need to stop dancing and focus on feeding us correctly and in a timely manner. Rest of the cruise was flawless including the weather. Very clean ship and well cared for. Food choices all over the ship was excellent especially the dining room breakfasts. Definitely recommend this cruise.
