This was our first cruise. Very disappointing. The ship either needs to be refurbished or cut up for scrap! Very poor maintenance. Rust everywhere. Windows dirty. Railing dried out, splintered. Window trim rotted. They were always working on one elevator. Windjammer restaurant a zoo! Limited seating. Went to the dining room. It had better food and great service. Ship store limited unless you wanted to buy liquor. Shelves and shelves of liquor. No hats of NC logo which I thought was strange.

Shore excursions were overpriced! None of the excursions lived up to their hype. I did get 20% off excursions after complaining.

This was during the World Series. They were showing cricket on the bar TV screens. After people up roared, they did change the station. They nickeled and dimed you for any extras. Theater shows were just fair. A couple of the performers were just interested in pushing their CD's.

Cabin Review

Rm 8372. Refrigerator did not work. Wardrobe door hinge broke. Cabinet door fell off. Trash under bed. Mold on shower door. Sink faucet no water pressure. I removed the faucet aerator to have water pressure. Rust poured out of the faucet after the aerator was removed. Announcement speaker did not work. Had to open the door to hear announcements. Bed was terrible. Hard, no support. Like laying on a board. Sofa dirty with stains. Only 2 electrical outlets. None by the bed. Had to request an extension cord. A/C did not keep the halls or room cool until I complained. TV stations limited.
