Sail Date: Nov 2022

We were on this ship before the pandemic, just before they shut down the cruise industry. We also went on its sister ship which is very nearly identical. My overall impression of the ship was good; however, they seem to have cut a few corners since my other sailings on these two ships and made a few changes I didn't like. There were some maintenance issues, which I didn't see before, and some cleanliness issues. Maybe others won't mind the changes and issues, especially those who have never sailed on this ship and the Harmony before.

The people checking us in were highly efficient, and we got our bags dropped off and onto the ship very quickly. They delivered a lot of bags to decks fairly quickly, too.

I like the way they now do the safety drill. You can watch it on TV or on the app on your phone. Just check in at your designated location. They scan your sea pass, and it's over. It's not like the excruciating crowd we used to endure on Carnival ships, which we no longer sail on.

Not quite up to our standards for cleanliness
