The ship was stunning and enough space for everyone. Our stateroom attendant was on point. Unfortunately, the ship was definitely suffering due to staff shortage, which was reflected in the staff, morale and behavior towards guest. While not all staff, but some staff seemed irritated when you needed service or asked for a drink. It’s a bummer because I was so excited to try my first cruise. with that said, I feel for the crew as it was evident they didn’t have the band width to offer the great service due to being stretched. The buffet was ok and the specialty restaurants seem have some green staff that needed some more training on serving, food offerings etc.
The entertainment was fun theater artists were truly talented.
The overarching comments from passengers as we socialized, seems like the ship is still working out the kinks. I truly want this ship succeed, but service - cuisine didn’t reflect the celebrity brand.
