Sail Date: Oct 2022

This was our first Celebrity cruise experience. We took this cruise with my parents and grandparents, primarily choosing this itinerary because of its stop in Israel (and because of the Apex!) We were excited to explore this new and innovative ship. It was definitely one of the most beautiful ships in which we have sailed and it had some unique features (i.e. The Magic Carpet!)

We were lucky to experience this cruise under full capacity. This allowed us the opportunity to build relationships with the wonderful staff onboard and grab a seat at restaurants without difficulty. The service we experienced was excellent! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

Celebrity Apex has 4 complimentary themed restaurants onboard. We enjoyed dining at all 4 dining rooms during our stay. We were disappointed in the food choices, presentation, and food quality. We usually stay away from the buffets (just personal preference); however, the buffet was clean, had a wide variety of food choices, and some of the best food we ate onboard. There were other specialty restaurants that we could have tried for an additional fee; however, we opted for the complimentary dining rooms, buffet, and Eden Cafe (lunch).
