We have been on many cruises, but after experiencing the magic of Virgin Voyages, we will never sail with anyone else. This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I, and the ship had such a fun, relaxing vibe, which suited us perfectly. The customer service was second to none, and the food was the best we have had on any cruise line ever!! All of the specialty restaurants are included at no extra charge, and you can select dining times that work best for you. In addition, there is no "buffet" -- instead Virgin Voyages has a Galley with several venues, where you simply select where you want to sit, and a staff member will come take your order, they will prepare your food fresh for you, and bring it to your table. Again, let me emphasize that the food was amazing at all of the specialty restaurants as well as the Galley!! Virgin Voyages also has a fun specialty ice cream parlor that is also included (and delicious as well!) We had fun stopping by there in the evenings for a late treat. The Pizza Place is another tasty option that is included where they will make a custom pizza for you fresh to order.

Another very welcome change that Virgin Voyages made is that you do not have to pack up your suitcases and set them outside your cabin the evening before disembarkation, which totally ruins the last night of your cruise! Instead, we were able to enjoy our last night, stay out late, sleep in, have an excellent brunch at The Wake restaurant, and then pack up our suitcases, since we did not have to get off the ship until 10:45am. We loved this!!

We enjoyed so many of the shows and simply had a blast!! The excursions through Virgin Voyages were amazing as well. We stayed in a balcony cabin (which are called Sea Terraces on Virgin Voyages), and the balcony was good sized with two chairs, a table, and an amazing red hammock that we loved. The room lighting, temperature, television, and window coverings are controlled by a tablet. They have some fun lighting options on the tablet, and we really enjoyed this special touch. We simply cannot recommend Virgin Voyages enough; in fact, we even booked another cruise while onboard. Thank you so much, Virgin Voyages and your excellent staff, for an amazing anniversary trip!! We will treasure these memories for a lifetime!!
