Sail Date: Oct 2022

We had a wonderful cruise on the Hudson River in October 2022. We couldn’t believe our eyes as we enjoyed mile after mile of fantastic fall foliage color. Although we live in the northeast, we have never seen such a display of nature’s splendor. The food, crew, and the company are exceptional. Small ship sailing, easy, safe, and close to home, is for us!

The crew on this ship were delightful young Americans who were most eager to help us with things like an in-room refrigerator and remembering our favorite drinks in the dining room. There was always something to do onboard such as lectures about the area, and high-end arts & crafts projects that you were proud to take home and show off.

We enjoyed meal after meal of fabulous food and especially desserts. I admit to having desserts for lunch once or twice. (Don’t judge because I had delicious salads the next day.) I am not usually a carnivore but found myself ordering the steak dishes which were high quality, tender, and cooked to perfection.
