Embarking was an absolute nightmare. Completely disorganized. Totally understaffed. Could not manage the crowds. This was definitely foreshadowing of what the whole cruise would be.

The ship was literally falling apart with water damage everywhere. There was a fire in the laundry room and smoke in the theatre. Our hallway stunk like mildew and the carpet was soaking wet the entire trip. There were industrial fans everywhere, and one of the hallways flooded on our floor (14) causing multiple people to have to move.

Our beds were so uncomfortable we slept on the floor and eventually (day 5) went to guest services to pay for another room. We were so sore and exhausted having not slept well for days. Guest services never inquired as to why we were purchasing another room or asked how they could help.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Peeling wallpaper, missing tiles, no cold water. Like an old rundown motel.

However, Our cabin stewart was lovely and hard working.
