NCL has cornered the market as the only cruise line that can embark from Oahu and stop at the other Hawaiian Islands. My family and extended family recently cruised on the Pride of America in mid October 2022 and were very disappointed. The ship while clean was old and dated. This ship is extremely rocky. I have never been seasick on a cruise before, until this ship. It had very limited shopping and dining, especially since not all the restaurants were open. Cabin service was limited to once a day and many times was not done to well into the afternoon when we wanted to spend time on our balcony. Drinks pool side sometimes took over an hour. Very minimal poolside entertainment. Reservations and customer service did not coordinate well and wanted me to do their leg work and waste my vacation time to do their jobs. I have traveled on numerous other cruise lines and this cruise does not add up for the cost. You pay a lot for reduced and subpar service, entertainment and food services. I would highly recommend seeing the other islands but by flying. Sadly this was my first NCL experience and I can not recommend this cruise line at all.

Cabin Review

Balcony cabin was a tad smaller than other cruise lines. Unable to keep connecting door open between cabins. Unable to open balcony door between the two cabins.
