Have been on 19 cruise with Princess but this the worst ever. Besides the Covid which hubby got, and we do not blame them as a lot of protocols but could do better. The weather, we know beyond their control, missed three ports, but compensated. The real issue was the lack of honest communications. Got to Melbourne finally after three changes to date and change to itinerary. Meant people who had family to see, for many a long time like us, since we saw them last, they had to change their planes to meet us, three times. Then the morning we arrive, late due to fog, made us wait one and a half hours in queue, hundreds of older people, standing and no explanation for an hour. Then told us waiting for clearance, got clearance and still we did not move. Then told us was port authority they were waiting on, but tours went off, disembarking passengers got off, and my family still waiting two hours for us to get off with no concern by the staff in white, just looks like stunned mullets and people l asked at port authority said it was nothing to do with them. It caused a lot of upset and stress for those waiting in the queue and apologies later did not cut it. My family Event was ruined and made me so upset l was in tears and very angry with lack of order or caring.

We have cancelled one future booked cruise, and would cancel other two booked cruises as well if we could get our money back but too late. Totally disgusted with the men in white behaviour and attitude, rest of staff great. Food was not up to usual standard and running out of common foods is getting worse, selection of food ordinary and some dining room meals were just to different for words. Who thinks up some of these dishes? Time for Princess to re assess the Aussie market and what we want and need. Listen and be honest.

Cabin Review

Noisy banging in wall made it hard to sleep. Pillows too soft.
