We chose this cruise so that we might compare Princess to Holland who we normally sail with. There were so many awful things about this ship and this cruising company that this space is not big enough.

Firstly their application called Medallion is for their benefit only and not the passengers. It kept freezing up and we were unable to make reservations or order items onboard. They have an item on this application called "Dine My Way" which should be called "Dine Our Way" because it is of no use to the passenger. We could not make a reservation in the fine dining restaurants (all 3 restaurants) after the first day at a normal time because they said they were full and standing in line was a 2 hour wait to get in. We could not eat in our balcony room because there was only 1 chair and no table or sofa. The food in the cafeteria was sub par hence the large volume at the dining rooms. We asked many waiters and Maître Des if they like this booking for dining and to a person not 1 of them said they liked it.

Other sub par things were,

Awful, noisy with creaks and not set up to have a meal in your room (no table, no sofa, 1 chair) There is only 1 plug in for electricity.
