I'm a Diamond member only lacking two more cruise, I will be a Diamond +. This has been one of the worst cruises every on a Royal ship. If you going to the Buffet it's hard to find a clean plate and a napkin with silverware. The staff have been the worst ever. The food in the dining room was been great and serves has been great. Chops is great but the Shrimp Cocktail have very small shrimp instead of the Giant Shrimp. The cabin steward hasn't been as good as pass sailings. Here on Nov.3rd we are in Miami and the entire ship had to go Immigration even if you weren't getting off the ship. I spent 4 hour sitting in the terminal waiting to get back on the ship. There were over 3000 people sitting in that tiny terminal waiting to get back on the ship. I would not recommend the ship and port of calls. The bad thing is Royal doesn't give a dam about loyalty any more they everyone like we just want your money.
