We picked Norwegian because past cruises were absolutely amazing, great food,shows and entertainment. After our last cruise we will never take another Norwegian cruise. Food was absolutely below standards, shows were a disgrace. We didn't mind the itinerary change as these things happen. There was no entertainment during days at Port, were were not allowed to get off the ship at two out of the 4 ports due to the companies neglegence on submitting the proper paper work. The staff over all were very rude and disrespectful and made you feel unappreciated and like they were entitled. I ordered a drink at a show and the server told me afterwards that it wasn't his section, why take an order from me if it's not your section. I wouldn't recommend Norwegian to anyone after this. Other couples on the ship said carnival was better than Norwegian and that shocked me but at the same time their standards have gone down hill fast. We wrote to Norwegian expressing all these concerns and all they said was sorry and we will try to do better if we have the chance to have you back. Sorry to say I would rather go on any other cruiseline than theirs after this lousy vacation.
