I forgot my Kindle reader in the cabin. I reported it the next day and they have a third party that supposedly does follow up. I knew exactly where my lost Kindle was in the cabin, etc, so I thought this would be easy to retrieve. Not so!! After 5 days I did a follow up and i got a note back saying they were still searching??!!

It has now been 10 days and no reply. So my Kindle was either taken by someone, or the cruiseline is completely inept at doing basic customer service.

The quality of the food in the dining room and at the buffet is another disappointment. The portions in the main dining room were tiny and overall we did not have a very high opinion of the dining experience. It did not help that the waiter was practically begging us to give a good review.
