My husband and I have cruised several times, including four times on Princess. This one was one of the best. Beautiful new ship - everything clean and in good condition. Room steward and other staff were friendly and efficient. The ship was only at about 60% occupancy, so perhaps that explains the excellent service, but there was rarely a wait for anything.

Check-in was quick and easy. Our medallions worked great once we stopped by the desk on Deck 7 to have our phone settings adjusted. We used the OceanNow ordering system to get drinks and snacks a number of times and never had a problem. We really felt spoiled being able to have food delivered to us anywhere on the ship!

We had an inside cabin - one of the “sideways” cabins that run along the length of the ship. While this was our first time in an inside, we found it was just fine for our needs - relatively spacious (slightly larger than traditional insides) with plenty of storage.
