This was our first cruise on Princess. While we've been on over a dozen cruises, all have been on Royal Caribbean. We chose this particular cruise because it was the only one that departed from Quebec City during the time we wanted to sail.

Embarcation was very smooth. We arrived at our designated check-in time and were able to walk straight through the entire check-in process, including providing proof of vaccination and a negative COVID test. Disembarcation In New York was just as smooth. Getting on and off was great.

Service was great. Absolutely no complaints with the staff. Food in the dining rooms was average. Nothing specific to complain about other than small portion sizes (child size) and limited options. There are two specialty restaurants--Crown Grill and Sabatini's. Crown Grill was very good--we ate there twice. Sabatini's was just average. I'd equate their menu and food quality to an Olive Garden restaurant.
