Cabin: Balcony

Despite paying the Cunard Fare and having second sitting dining confirmed, we were forced into open dining. Maitre’d was unable to assist and seemed very stressed. Overheard many comments of a similar nature.

There are not enough staff on board to provide proper service. The staff who are on board are run off their feet and look miserable.

Waits of 30 minutes in the Commodore Club. Queues in all venues.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Only one cabin steward now. They do their best but are obviously overwhelmed with too many cabins each.
