3rd trip on Explorer since start up..so was interested to see how it had changed.
Ship has rust all over hull and is a bad site to see, must be short of paint and staff I guess.
We were to go to Port Arthur but weather stopped this so had two days in Hobart, and yes weather was not so good on second day with showers and wind especially in the morning, luckily first day not so bad so most tours went ahead.

Mattress was completely dead on one side, was replaced with two new ones next day ( noted all that side being replaced at end of cruise ).
Shower rose putting water everywhere bar on you, replaced next day.
Hot water on / off every 15 seconds, but only slight improvement next day after complaint.
Pillows old and hard.
Room cold, unable to make warm, oh well not in room in day time so just left it as is.

Hobart
Lots to see if not been before, tours available from ship ( expensive ) or just get off and jump on a local trip and save.
People said Port Arthur trip was good as weather only slight showers first day and also Richmond trip was good.
Could not go up to Mt Wellington as clouds and showers on all the hills.
