Chose this cruise because it was owed to us due to covid as we could no longer cruise to Russia and the initial itinerary was good. However in the weeks leading up to cruise itinerary was changed 3 times. The ship was refurbished and the actual balcony cabin and bathroom was spacious. From day 1 issues arose no wine to our taste was stocked first time in 23 yrs of cruising. The zipper covering mattress was broken leaving indent marks on my back and legs. Balcony door did not seal properly causing whistle noises during night took 24 hrs to repair then constantly knocking required us to pack our belongings at 11pm at night and move to a lower deck. Request to see Customer Service Manager was met by sending a junior purser to listen to our complaints. Cpt failed to attend welcome back party. Cpt failed to use stabilisers causing on 1 night a glass to smask on the cabin floor at 3am. In 23 yrs of cruising this was by far our worst experience especially with senior management. Balcony doors no longer seal correctly in both our cabins. Entertainment and food in restaurants not up to previous NCL standards, stay away from this ship.
