This was the first time on a Royal Caribbean ship but not our last. We had a lovely suite with all the amenities, see separate review. We also purchased the unlimited dining and drink packages and Voom internet.

Boarding out of Galveston was a bit unsatisfying as we had a bit of a wait to get through security, then as the Coast Guard were inspecting the ship it was another hours delay to board meaning we couldn't get to our stateroom before 2:00 pm and luggage didn't arrive until after 4:00pm.

The suite concierge service was great, making all our dinner reservations and checking in on us. The suite lounge was fantastic with continental breakfast in the morning, snacks all day and cocktails and hors d'oeuvres from 5-8 pm.

Cabin Review

A lovely suite, as big as a hotel room. Great amenities, including a double sink and bathtub bathroom with all luxury soaps and creams, terrycloth robes, fresh fruit and nightly treats, a coffee maker and great bed. The only draw back was location was right under Windjammer Cafe which provided a bit of noise in the early morning and afternoon if you were in your suite. Also, walls are not terribly well insulated so heard our neighbors screaming kid often.
