Had a cruise credit to use up. Was given a promotion to include drinks up to 12 USD for bars and room service. Room service last night refused to service an order for a Diet Coke. Asked the steward. Another refusal. Grills concierge at about 9 am promised a refrigerator supply of the soda. 11 45. No soda. Asked to see food and beverage coordinator. I would have brought on soda (and soap - see room comments) had I known it would be so stressful to obtain them on board.

It seems that the staff is lackluster and not energetic about their professions. No coordination between departments apparently.

Have to do one more Cunard to use up 2020 world cruise FCC but not looking forward to it. Read more
