We’ve sailed on Holland America numbers of times over the last several years and expected the newest ship of the fleet in service for three years to be an improvement in design, services and accommodations. We chose this “low impact” itinerary to enjoy the vessel and not require early departing excursions and for the most part the itinerary met this goal. However, the new ship missed the mark in a number of areas. Below in bullet points are the Good, the Bad and the Ugly observations made during our trip.
